While bridal separates have been (scarcely) available for some time, I've recently been seeing a surge of mix-and-match dresses. The versatility of selecting a separate top and skirt to create a cohesive look is rather appealing, especially if you're like me when I was dress shopping and would think, "Well the bottom is perfect, but I wish the top looked more like XYZ." Whether you prefer two separates pieces to flow together as a cohesive unit, or you're drawn to high contrast pisces for an edgier look, there are endless options for customization.
Dress toppers are another bridal separate that I'm pretty smitten with these days. If you're seeking a budget-friendly alternative, consider a simple dress layered with a a gorgeous, detailed topper for instant elevation.
I've compiled a few of my favorites from Anthropologie's BHLDN line because this (fabulous) company is absolutely slaying the dress separates trend. Links to referenced pieces are below the infographic. Enjoy!
